jjwon Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Obligations & Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjwon ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jjwon.app.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered by jjwon, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the jjwon platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jjwon's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Access to and use of the jjwon platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjwon enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account registrations, deposits, and wagering activity. This requirement applies to all players regardless of their location.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jjwon employee in a role with access to platform systems.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jjwon platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering your jjwon account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You accept full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify jjwon's support team of any changes.

KYC Documentation Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point where jjwon deems verification necessary for compliance purposes, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered CNIC-linked mobile number);
• Additional documentation as may be requested under jjwon's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance programme.

jjwon reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may be subject to review and administrative closure in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwon login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. jjwon accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

jjwon operates a native Pakistani Rupee (PKR) wallet. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your wallet balance at any stage of normal platform operation.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. jjwon does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in accordance with jjwon's anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Processing times may extend to 24 hours in cases requiring enhanced due diligence review.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the jjwon Cashier page and are subject to change with notice.
• jjwon does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• jjwon reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or payment method relative to the account's deposit history.
• Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity may be declined and returned, less any applicable processing costs incurred by jjwon.

jjwon offers various bonus programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jjwon promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required deposit and opt-in actions specified in the promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• jjwon reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates by game category are published on the promotion page.
• One bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors to generate artificial wagering activity — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account closure.
• jjwon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with changes communicated via the platform or registered email address.

All casino games available on the jjwon platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table games, and instant win products — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or real-time dealing mechanisms provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is subject to its own published rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in matters of individual game outcomes.

jjwon operates under an international gaming license that mandates independent certification of all RNG systems and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. No individual game session result can be predicted or guaranteed by jjwon or any third party.

Malfunction and technical errors: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jjwon's policy is as follows:

• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the wager placed for that round will be refunded to your PKR wallet.
• Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable software error, display glitch, or misconfigured game parameter are void and will not be honoured.
• jjwon's system logs constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transaction history. In any dispute regarding a game result, the server-side log takes precedence over client-side display data.

jjwon's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and bilateral series), football, UFC, and other major sporting events. Sports betting on jjwon is subject to these general Terms and to jjwon's published Sports Betting Rules, which address specific markets, settlement procedures, and void bet conditions.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jjwon at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jjwon reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected of being placed based on inside information or in breach of applicable sporting integrity rules.
• Odds errors: Where a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error (palpable error), jjwon reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake regardless of the outcome of the event.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to delay in market suspension — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Event postponement and abandonment: Where a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. Events abandoned after commencement are settled in accordance with specific market rules, which may result in the void of affected selections.
• Maximum payouts: Individual bet and cumulative payout limits apply to all sportsbook markets. Current limits are published on the jjwon sports betting page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjwon platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjwon reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detection of any of the following:

• Registering more than one account on the jjwon platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jjwon's platform software, security systems, or data;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjwon support staff or other players through any communication channel.

jjwon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute instruction from a payment provider in connection with a jjwon deposit;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction;
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion under jjwon's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, jjwon reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings generated through conduct that constitutes a breach. Real-money funds deposited by a player in good faith will be returned net of any amounts owed to jjwon, subject to the completion of any required AML verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting jjwon support via live chat. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

jjwon is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its international gaming license seriously in this regard. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session time alerts — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account with an irrevocable exclusion from re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

All content on the jjwon platform — including but not limited to the jjwon brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjwon or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwon platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jjwon content;
• Create derivative works based on jjwon's platform or content;
• Use jjwon's trademarks, brand assets, or game content for any commercial purpose without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the jjwon platform.

Any unauthorised use of jjwon's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwon's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any individual transaction shall be limited to the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your jjwon PKR wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwon shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jjwon has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages;
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, system outages, or transaction failures outside jjwon's direct control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or mobile network disruptions on the player's end.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjwon's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jjwon's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jjwon account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of these Terms, you should follow the jjwon complaints procedure in the following order:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to jjwon's 24/7 live chat support team or by email to [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting transaction references. jjwon aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to jjwon's compliance team by clearly stating "Formal Escalation" in your communication. The compliance team will conduct a full review and provide a written decision within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following Step 2, you may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution service designated by jjwon's licensing authority. jjwon is contractually obligated to cooperate fully with any such review and to implement binding decisions issued by the ADR service.

jjwon's server-side transaction and game logs constitute the authoritative record in any dispute and will be submitted as primary evidence in any formal review process.

jjwon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect player rights, obligations, or the operation of key platform features — jjwon will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via a notice published on jjwon.app and, where practicable, by notification to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required to reflect regulatory changes) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jjwon platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwon holds its international gaming license.

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to jjwon's right to seek injunctive or interim relief in any jurisdiction it considers appropriate to protect its legitimate interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had not been included.
